Berkeley Hope Scholars welcomes incoming students from high school, community college and continuing UC Berkeley students who meet eligibility requirements. We welcome referrals from foster youth advocates who are currently working with prospective UC Berkeley students, including:
- Attorneys
- Academic Counselors
- Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs)
- Independent Living Skills Workers
- Social Workers
- Probation Officers
- Foster Parents/Legal Guardians
*For foster youth agencies, if you are planning to visit campus and would like to meet with BHS students and staff, please contact us at least one month in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Here is some information for applying to Cal:
